Called dealer many times and could not speak to anyone in the used car sales department. Receptionist keep transferring to Mike.

I guess he is the only person there. After my fourth call was put on hold and hung up on. The worst experience from any dealership that I have had. Will contact Toyota Corporate directly!

I just can not believe that a any dealer can run their business in this manner. The employees need to go to a human relationship course so they can improve on themselves.

This might help not only them but the company as a whole. After all we should be doing this so you still have a job as many people do not.
