Dear Mr. Loquercio:

My name is Michael. My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Elgin Toyota. My most recent purchase was on September 18th for a 2013 Scion FRS. Mike Herbert, the salesman who I have always worked with, did a wonderful job as usual. However, several days later I had some concerns regarding my purchase, both Mike and Tom (the finance manager) were unavailable, so I ended up talking to Bob the General Manager of Elgin Toyota. He was unable to really resolve my concerns, but that is not why I am writing you. I am writing because I was absolutely APPALLED at his attitude and manner in which dealing with me and my concerns. He did not even pretend to listen to me, and was extremely rude, hostile, and unprofessional. When I began to become angry in response to his aggressive and nasty behavior, he hung up on me.

Needless to say, because of him, I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from your dealership. It sickens me to even think about having my vehicles serviced there, but since I have added the service package to my car, I unfortunately have no choice, possibily going to Schaumburg Toyota. It is also a shame, because I truly have enjoyed working with Mike, and have been very satisfied with the skill of the mechanics in the service department. I can't believe you have Bob as a leader at your dealership , He wouldn't be working for me if I was a owner.

I also sent a copy of this letter to all my friends and family.

Very Appalle

Monetary Loss: $2100.

Location: Elgin, Illinois

Elgin Toyota. Theyrelike magicians when it comes to selling you a car!

The salesman will negotiate with the customer over the price of the car you want! If you reach a fair amount. The salesman will tell the cust. he's got to discuss the price with the Gen.

Mgr! Then, the games begin! The GM is a wizard of magic. Testing your resolve on how bad you, cust.

want the car! They'll play this game for hours. To keep you at the dealership so they can prevent you from going to other dealers!

It's magical! Smart shop elsewhere!
